Heya and welcome all who still visit this decayed forum.
I just want to tell you that I, Infenyte the great and almighty soon-to-be-ruler of the world, is currently busy making a RPG game with RPG maker VX.
First things first. The game is NOT finished and there will be a chance that I will never going to finish it. Also I am using the basic equipment and wasn't planning to make this a huge game, so don't expect too much from it.
I noticed a HUUUGE bug (thanks to Drakey!) with the last "demo". I have fixed this and not that else, I also made the adventurer shops, gave people text and an actual purpose and last but definitly not least: I created a story!!!!! Lastly I also gave the option to change the Hero's name IF you choose to follow the intro that is (aint that evil!) . Anyways, there is still no battling in this demo, or an acual progress in the story but the town is as good as finished and I am ready to move on.
Also another note, I used a script which allows you to change the party order, this can be found on the save crystal.
Have fun with the "demo" and be sure to report any bugs, errors, glitches, spelling and such to me!

*UPDATE*
